Growing in Faith

We grow in faith day by day and week by week by attending to God's word and receiving Christ afresh into our lives. There are many opportunities to join with others growing in faith at St Stephen's and at St John's Cathedral.

Genesis is an introduction to Christian Faith for adults, leading towards Baptism and Confirmation. The Genesis course runs twice a year on Monday evenings at the Cathedral. Check the Cathedral website for dates for the next course.

Bible Reading Fellowship (BRF) meets on Tuesday evenings, 7pm in the Upper Room at the Cathedral.

Evening Courses at the Cathedral and Lectures at Ming Hua Theological College run frequently throughout the year. Check our Upcoming Events page and the Cathedral website for details.

Hong Kong Interfaith Network for Religion and Peace meets monthly on a weekday evening, bringing together people from diverse religious faiths. Through our exchanges we learn more about the spiritual practices of others, and think more clearly about our own faith. Each year there is an opportunity to visit Kowloon Mosque as well as other places of worship. And there's an annual Interfaith Celebration of Peace at St John's Cathedral.

Christian Meditation every Monday at 12.30pm at St John's Cathedral, following the practice of John Maine and the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM).
